Frequently Asked Questions About Visiting, Tasting, and Ordering

General Questions

We’re located at 337 Laurel Creek Road in Statesville, North Carolina, surrounded by rolling hills and vineyard views.

We’re still fermenting our grand opening hours — which means we’re not officially open just yet. When we open, our hours will be Wednesday through Sunday from 11 AM to 7 PM. All visits are booked ahead so we can be ready to welcome you.

Yes. To create a relaxed and personal experience, visits will be by appointment only once we open. This allows us to prepare for your tasting and give you our full attention. We’re always glad to coordinate a time that works for you.

Yes, families are always welcome to enjoy the vineyard together.

Absolutely. Friendly, leashed dogs are welcome outdoors. Since we are a working farm with dogs, sheep, and chickens on the property, we ask that you keep your pup close and help us maintain a safe and comfortable space for all animals and guests.

Wine Sales & Shipping

Yes! You can order through our online shop, and we offer local area delivery.

Shipping is available via UPS to all continental states except Alabama, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

No minimum is required, but a shipping fee will be applied according to shipping location.

We recommend ordering in sets of four or twelve for the safest and most cost-effective delivery. 

Yes! Please sign up for our wine club via this link. Benefits include 10% off all future orders, early access to new releases, and flat rate shipping on quarterly orders.

Our first three wines—Blanca, Flora, and Piemonte—are available now for purchase and shipping through our website.

Our fourth wine, Vino de la Casa, will be released in May 2026 and will ship once it becomes available.

We are currently accepting orders for all wines. Orders containing the fourth wine will ship once it is released in May. If your order includes only currently available wines, it will ship right away.

At this time, we are not open for in-person tastings or retail purchases.

Yes, local pickup is available and an option to select during ordering.
We are currently preparing for our official opening. Updates on tasting availability, events, and visiting hours will be announced on our website and social media.  

Private Events & Group Bookings

Yes! We offer space for small weddings, private gatherings, and special events. Feel free to email us at info@pdfamilyvineyards.com so we can learn more about your plans.

We can comfortably host small to medium-sized groups for tastings and events.
